Results from Day 3 of the Paarl Boys’ High u15 Week of 2019

BoishaaiVlaeThe u15 side from Paarl Gimnasium was without a doubt the top side during the annual Paarl Boys’ High u15 Week in the sleepy Boland town of Paarl. Gimmies defeated Grey College of Bloemfontein by 28-12 in the match of the week to keep their unbeaten status. 

Paarl Gim cruised past HTS Middelburg (34-18) and Monument (65-10) in their first two outings at the week. The hosts, Paarl Boishaai, only suffered one defeat during the week against HTS Middelburg (22-27). 

Boishaai finished their week on a high by coming out on top by 16-10 against Menlopark of Pretoria. They also thrashed Monnas by 36-0 on the opening day.

Grey College also went into the final day still unbeaten. The team from Bloemfontein won their first two games against Stellenberg (26-0) and Menlopark (16-3).   

Oakdale Landbou also finished the week unbeaten after securing a 27-17 victory over Monument on the last day. The team from Riversdale was victorious against Brandwag of Uitenhage (26-5) and Duineveld (47-0) in their opening two matches.
